All trainings and classes are held at BodyMind Healing Center, Corning, NY, and taught by Peg Davis, MS, CRT, unless otherwise stated. You are registered for a class when your deposit/payment is received. Telling Peg you plan to attend does not ensure registration. To register, contact Peg by email at pegdavis@stny.rr.com, or call 607-738-1454 and give your name, address, phone number and one-third of tuition. Make your non-refundable payment by cash, check or major credit card (except Discover). Classes begin promptly; please be on time.

"Shin Somatics (Registered TM) Yoga and Dance"  with Amy Bush, Certified yoga and dance instructor, and owner of Dancers Alley Studio Shin Somatics is a therapeutic method that assists in self awareness and wholeness through Land and Water yoga and somatic dance. Join Amy and explore your own --dynamics of posture --walking will --comfort in sitting --balance of chakras --mindfulness meditation A new body movement class will begin in February ! Classes will be held  a week day morning or afternoon;  schedule to be announced.

Hoop Class Tuesdays, starting 1/10 6:00-7:15 PM  Format:  Warm up. tutorial, free hoop time, cool stretch, awesome relaxation! Sign up for the hoop mailing list, so you receive news and class cancellation notices. $5 per class.   Melissa Gethin Panos, Certified   Hoop Instructor, in studio.

Yoga 2 classes each Thursday;   Noon-1:15pm.....6-7:15pm   3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26 Format:  Centering, yoga tutorial, cool down, guided relaxation.    $30/6 week session paid in full or $6 drop-in.

"Hooked on the Vortex" Series by Abraham-Hicks 12 weeks, 2 Mondays a month...5:45-8pm  1/16, 1/30, 2/13, 2/27, 3/12, 3/26, 4/9, 4/23, 5/7, 5/21, 6/4, 6/18 This powerful material on practical application of the universal law of attraction has changed the life of millions of people!  Join the class at any time during the 12 week session-but do it now-once you begin, you'll be sorry you missed even a minute!  The class feels like a party, and you'll come away each time inspired for the joy and happiness you can create in your life.  It's like having a "This is easy" button in your pocket!  Format:  Meditation 1 hour dvd, 20 minute break, (h'ordeurves, dessert, coffee and tea served) group discussion and learning.   $30 per class.

Group Meditation 2 Saturdays each month. Everyone welcome  8:30-9:15am, A Course in Miracles study discussion group  9:30-11am. 1/7, 1/28, 2/11, 2/25, 3/10, 3/24, 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/16 (last class until September) These groups are held on same Saturdays; you may attend one or both. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn to meditate or enjoy the synergy of group meditation. Danish, coffee and tea served. Please sign up for group mailing list as dates change according to group schedules. $3 per session.

Reiki Open Clinic Second Wednesday of each month: 5:30-7:30pm. Public is invited, come and bring a friend for a balancing Reiki treatment.   $3 Donation suggested.

Reiki First Degree Training Sunday, March 25 9:30am-4pm Each class is complete in one day. Your space in class is reserved by deposit 1/3 of tuition, and complete contact information. Reiki is an ancient art of using chi (life force energy) to increase healing potential. The student is trained in self-treatment and a method for treating others. Peg has trained many health professionals and Reiki is often used for patients in health care facilities to enhance healing & calm.You will receive a certificate, comprehensive Reiki manual, Sacred Attunements.       Tuition: $150.

Reiki Second Degree Training Sunday, April 6 9:30am-4pm Each class is complete in one day. Your space in class is reserved by deposit 1/3 of tuition, and complete contact information.  Reiki First Degree certificate requisite. Reiki Second Degree sacred attunements assist your energy system to channel greater amounts of universal life force energy through you to the recipient. You will also learn ancient symbols and a protocol for using greater amounts of life force energy, and sending distance (absentee) treatments to others, so you do not have to be in person to offer a healing treatment.                                                                        Tuition: $250.

Reiki Master Level Training Dates and times coming soon. Your space in class is reserved by deposit 1/3 of tuition, and complete contact information.  Call for pre-requisites. Reiki Third Degree will assist and empower whatever is in your life. Practioners who go on to Reiki level III are individuals feeling a call to continue their commitment to self-healing and emotional clearing, thereby serving the world. Reiki at any level, when used with focus and commitment, assists emotional clearing, spiritual awareness and self-growth.    Tuition:  $600.

BodyMind Healing Center Professional Treatment and Group Meeting Room Space: per diem and monthly rates available.

• Please don't hesitate to call or email with questions about classes, or payment of tutions.   
• If you have not registered for a class, or are not on the emailing list for a group, call to check availability.
• Reiki  trainings are 9:30am-4:00pm.  Wear comfortable clothing; class is lecture, discussion and practicum.  Bring a bag lunch, we continue talking and learning through lunch.
• For Reiki practitioners readying for Reiki Master Level, you will need to assist at a level I and level II trainig to complete requisites for Master level.
• You must register prior to all classes with a minimum deposit of 1/3 tuition.  Call if you wish to discuss payment plans.
