Registration:
All trainings and classes are held at BodyMind Healing Center, Corning, NY, and taught by Peg Davis, MS, CRT, unless otherwise stated. You are registered for a class when your deposit/payment is received. Telling Peg you plan to attend does not ensure registration. To register, contact Peg by email at pegdavis@stny.rr.com, or call 607-738-1454 and give your name, address, phone number and one-third of tuition. Make your non-refundable payment by cash, check or major credit card (except Discover). Classes begin promptly; please be on time.

Free Reiki Clinic |

Everyone is welcome to attend a free Reiki clinic each month. Reiki is a natural, hands-on healing method that can balance and harmonize energies on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki helps alleviate pain and reduce inflammation and swelling. Reiki practitioners meet once a month to offer treatment to anyone who wants to experience this restorative healing method. ‘A Course In Miracles' Study Group

Reiki Second Degree Training |

‘Eating for the Times of Our Lives' Workshop: Includes Lunch! |

Based on years of healthy vegetarian living and counseling people on optimal health, Peg Davis will teach participants how to shop, cook and eat for an exuberantly healthy lifestyle! She says: “We all want a REAL food life, without diets and junk food–food that tastes good, is easy to make and bestows long-term health benefits. This class will teach you how to achieve it. Based on the ‘Power Foods for Health' course I developed a few years ago, I've added new food, lifestyle and weight management information requested by clients, over and over again. You'll learn to stock the perfect pantry, the healing cupboard, how to shop, read labels and learn what you're really buying; food and lifestyle choices for menopause, for weight management, for healthier digestion, for lowering cholesterol, foods to help you think clearly and focus more intently.” Both sessions include lunch; the last class includes a shopping field trip for hands-on learning of products and labels.
Tuition: $95, plus $5 each class day for lunch.

Reiki First Degree Training |

In Reiki First Degree level, you will learn a method for treating yourself with healing universal life force energy (Reiki), and a method for treating others. Sacred attunements, administered by the Reiki Master, will assist your chakras (energy centers) in channeling Reiki through your body for healing purposes.

Reiki Third Degree, Master, Teacher Level Training |
November 23, 2008, 9am-4pm |
Reiki Third Degree will assist and lend a powerful "boost" to whatever is in your life. Practioners who go on to Reiki level III are individuals feeling a call to do service to the world, by continuing their own commitment to self-healing and emotional clearing. Reiki at any level, when used with focus and constant commitment, assists emotional clearing, spiritual awareness and self-growth.
Tuition: $600 Completion of Reiki Levels I and II required, plus practicum time. Check with Peg for requisites. |

Reiki Training
Peg
Davis was trained as a Reiki Master in Reiki I and II in 1996,
and as a third-degree Reiki Master/Teacher in 1997, under the
guidance of Patricia J. Crane, Ph.D., and with direct lineage
from the original Reiki Grand Master Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki healing
can be performed locally or at any distance. Reiki is a natural,
hands-on healing method. The word Reiki is Japanese, meaning "universal
life energy." With Reiki, universal life energy is channeled
through the hands to the recipient promoting healing in the physical
body, it also balances and harmonizes the person receiving the
treatment emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki helps relieve
stress, fatigue and pain. It is a wonderful addition to traditional
medicine and integrative therapies.
